During the production process we used a Canon EOS 500d
camera, and we used this as
the camera produced a better quality and offered more camera skills such as
manually adjusting the focus, aperture and exposure; also we could interchange lenses, to show different points of view. We also used a microphone
during the production stages, we used a microphone to record
horrible messages towards Alisha to be layered and edited into a sound collage.
I also researched into using fonts on for the title, and downloaded and installed a font from "Dafont". Once all the different sound files were recorded Billy edited them on a programme called ‘Sound Editor’ and placed them into ‘MixPad’ where he created the sound collage. The editing stages of our production could only take
place after all our video files had been converted into the correct format (mp4
Video), and to do this we used ‘File Converter’ once all the files had been
converted we then imported them to ‘Premiere’. When using a lot of the software, we had limited skills, and we got to improve upon those.
